Founded in 2000, Align Massage Therapy's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. Our therapists believe in providing comprehensive care to our clients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our clients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible. Our team ranges from new in the field, to veterans with 30+ years of experience. We have the right fit for you. We performed over 40,000 treatments this year alone. Massage therapy is for everyone:  we treat children, seniors, athletes and weekend warriors.  Everyone deserves the best treatment we have to offer.

Jenna Sweet RMT/Owner


Jenna graduated from the Kine-Concept Institute in Massage Therapy in 2008.
Health and wellness are very important to her and she feels massage therapy is an important element in maintaining a healthy mind and body.
The services that she offers are a blend of relaxation and therapeutic massage techniques: Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Hot Stone Massage and Thai Yoga Massage.

Jenna's passions include sports training, running and ski-joring with her Bernese Mountain dog.

Alicia Coates, RMT


Alicia graduated from Algonquin College’s Massage Therapy program in 2018 after completing the Fitness and Health Promotion program in 2015. She is proficient in Swedish, myofascial and deep tissue techniques.

She was drawn to massage therapy because of her passion for health and helping others improve their day to day lives. Through rehabbing an injury she learned the importance of mobility and massage and is eager to supplement her knowledge with cupping, Graston, and hot stone massage.

In her down time she enjoys knitting, strength training, running, and Spartan races.

Ashley (Mengying) Li, RMT


Ashley graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Her passion is to help clients reach their treatment plan goals.

Ashley is knowledgeable in the techniques of relaxation massage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue, cupping massage, hydrotherapy and remedial exercises. She plans to continue learning new massage techniques, such as sports massage.

In Ashley's spare time she enjoys get together with her family and friends. She also speaks Mandarin.

Blanche Fernandes, RMT


Blanche’s love for health and wellness began at Queen’s University. She is a graduate of the Physical and Health Education Program. During this time she found massage therapy to be incredibly beneficial for the active life she led. Inspired, she began her Massage Therapy training at Kikkawa College of Massage and Shiatsu Therapy, graduating with honours in 1988.

With genuine care and passion, Blanche is successful in treating stress related concerns, injuries & acute and chronic pain. Blanche believes in a holistic wellness-focused, client-centered approach that facilitates the client's journey towards a deeper understanding of self.

Brendan Garofalo, RMT


Brendan is a graduate of the International Academy of Massage Therapy. He has a deep-seated passion for all things related to physical movement and human health and jumps on every opportunity to add new sports and disciplines to his movement repertoire. As a result, he understands quite well how different stresses can impact an athlete in their sport. 

Brendan utilizes a wide variety of techniques that work to release muscular and fascial restrictions as well as improve joint health in an effort to improve performance and decrease pain. He is also a strong believer in educating his clients about the nature of their condition and how to optimize their recovery by developing good movement habits and implementing effective home-care techniques.

Christian Emuekpere, RMT


Christian is a graduate from the Lambton College Massage Therapy Program. 

Christian is skilled in massage techniques such as general Swedish Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point Technique, Deep Tissue massage, Sports Massage techniques, Cupping , Hot Stone Massage and Active Release Techniques (ART) to name a few. All of which are aimed at treating a wide variety of conditions and clients, from athletes to desk-working individuals.

Ian Casiple, RMT


Ian has been an RMT since 2005 working with clients ranging from Olympic athletes to the elderly and veterans who reside in Long Term Care facilities.

Having over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Ian’s main focus is with Sports Injury Prevention/Rehabilitation and Sports Performance. He is exceptionally proficient in many skills including Myo-Fascial Release, Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Swedish Massage, Pre-natal Massage, Sports Massage and is continually looking to expand his knowledge of the health profession. With his dedication and a strong compassion for helping others, Ian always strives to enhance the well being of all his clients.

When not at work, Ian is busy raising a family with his wife. In his spare time you'll find him training at the gym or the dojo

Lauren Arsenault, RMT


Lauren is a graduate from the Algonquin College Massage Therapy Program and is also certified in Cupping and Gua Sha. 

She combines a passion for athletics and Massage Therapy and maintains a special interest in working with rehabilitation, sports injury prevention, and sports performance.She has experience with pre-natal massage, sports massage, and working with children with mental/physical disabilities. 

Outside of the clinic Lauren enjoys going to the gym, traveling, and believes in the importance of a healthy well-balanced lifestyle. 

Lisa Price, RMT


Lisa is a Graduate of the Canadian College of Health, Science and Technology (CCHST) in Windsor, Ontario; having completed the 2 year, 2,200 hour, hands on Therapeutic Massage and Hydrotherapy program. 

Lisa grew up in Ottawa, Ontario where her passion for helping others and making them feel better led her to pursue this fullfilling career. 

She is experienced in treating all ranges of clients in different stages of healing. She is competent in all Swedish styles of massage, deep tissue massage, pre and post natal massage, sports injury treatment, work related injuries and treating every day aches and pains from headaches to overall muscular tension. Creating a personalized treatment plan for each of her clients that will best lead them on their own individual journey towards optimum health and happiness.

Melissa Oitzl, RMT


Melissa developed her passion for health and fitness at a young age growing up as a competitive diver. She has understood the benefit of massage therapy and exercise and thrives off sharing her passion with others.

After completing her degree in human kinetics, Mel worked as personal trainer and group fitness instructor and wanted to add a complimentary modality to her skill set.

In 2014, Mel graduated from the Intensive Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College and became a registered massage therapist. She has extensive experience working with rehabbing injuries as well as pre-and post-natal clients.

She is very excited to be joining the dynamic team at Align and is looking forward to treating you!

Nicole Frampton, RMT


Nicole graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto, in 2009. Since then, she has been specializing in pre/post natal massage as well as therapeutic deep tissue rehabilitation treatments.

She has a great passion for the industry and is always expanding her skill set by learning from and working alongside other health care professionals, attending lectures and reading up on new and improved techniques.

Massage therapy isn't her job, it's her passion. When booking with Nicole you know you are in hands you can trust.

She will work with you specifically, and will always adapt the treatment plan with your best interest in body and mind.

Pamela Baillie, RMT


Pamela offers a range of therapeutic treatments for stress reduction, acute and chronic muscle/joint injuries and chronic pain syndromes.

She applies both deep and gentle techniques to promote the relieving of pain and discomfort. Pamela also offers a number of specialized treatments including hot stone massage, reflexology, and Thai Table Massage (Applied Yoga Therapy).

Prior to training as an RMT, Pamela received her BA from St. Francis Xavier University and her MA from Carleton University.

Pat Purcell, PT


Pat became a physiotherapist partly due to ongoing knee pain that he had for years. He understands completely the frustrations of lingering or unexplained pain and other symptoms. Pat has a deep interest in pain and what drives it. He wants to understand as much as he can how you move and what can be changed. He believes in the power of manual therapy and exercise and has taken many courses that cover movement patterns and movement modifications culminating in a Fellowship of Applied Functional Science with the Gray Institute in Michigan. Pat is experienced with Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, Acupuncture and the Mulligan technique among others. He also treats concussion and vestibular/balance issues.

Pat believes strongly in treating the person in front of him. No two treatment plans can be the same, as every patient will have a different set of challenges to face. He looks forward to working with you to discover the best course of action for your individual needs. 

Patrice Sirois, RMT


Patrice graduated from the massage program at Everest College in 2014.

He is passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on the body and mind -- and motivates his clients to be active participants in their healing process.

He can provide an invigorating sports massage for fatigued and sore muscles (post-workout). Patrice can also assist with injury rehabilitation, migraine relief or tension-related headaches. Care to forget about life stressors? He can also provide an hour long, focused relaxation treatment.

Patrice is also a certified Reiki Therapist.

Rachel Obbema, RMT


Rachel graduated from Fanshawe College in London Ontario in 2017. Her passion for caring for others drives her career forward in Massage Therapy. Rachel uses a variety of deep pressure and Swedish massage techniques in each treatment, customized to a client's needs.

Her ambitions for the future are to become certified in multiple modalities such as Acupunture, Cupping and Hot Stone Massage, so that she can expand her knowledge and techniques as well as better serve her clients.

Sabina Juppe, RMT


Sabina fulfilled her dream of becoming a massage therapist after graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Everest College in 2013.

With her blend of therapeutic and relaxation techniques she enjoys assisting the body's natural healing process to facilitate her clients' recovery.

Sabina is looking forward to continuing her education by learning different techniques and modalities to bring to the table.

Zachary Bradley, RMT


Zach is a graduate of the International Academy of Massage. Stemming from a desire to help people, he became passionate about using massage as a means to help clients restore and recover both physically and mentally. He ensures complete and educational treatment and homecare while personalizing them to each individual need.

Zach uses a wide range of techniques to aid in maintaining joint integrity, reducing fascial restrictions, and pain relief. His goal is to continuously improve and increase his skill-set to better meet the needs of his clients.

In his free time, Zach enjoys reading, cooking, and playing volleyball.

Jamie-Marie Gibson, RMT/Owner


Jamie-Marie graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Fleming College with an advanced diploma in April 2014. Upon graduation she received 2 awards; one for her contributions and leadership at clinical outreaches, and the other for her above average interest of pathologies of the human body.

Jamie-Marie is very passionate about helping individuals who have conditions that are causing them pain, discomfort, or limiting their activities of daily living. She has experience with athletic injuries, chronic pain conditions, trigger point release, relaxation, and palliative care. She is also trained in hot stone massage, and Indian head massage. Jamie-Marie's personal goals as a massage therapist are to provide pain relief, rehabilitation, relaxation, and recovery from injuries to any person who is in need of treatment.

Jamie-Marie is her happiest when her clients leave their treatment feeling completely blissful.

Mariam Rassi, RMT/Owner


Mariam graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2012 with a degree in Human Kinetics, further pursued her passion for helping others by becoming an RMT. In 2015 she graduated from Algonquin College with an advanced diploma from the Massage Therapy Intensive program.

Mariam’s philosophy of practice is to centre each client’s care around them as an individual in order to help them maximize their experience. It is important for them to feel comfortable, enabling them to reap the benefits of care.

Her experiences include the treatment of headaches, chronic pain, general discomfort and injuries, as well as working with athletes, seniors and developmentally challenged children. With her exceptional listening skills and focus on client centred care, treatment planning and execution are all mastered. She is committed to continuously learning and growing in this profession.

Mariam encourages an active, healthy lifestyle. She enjoys cooking, travelling, staying active at the gym.

Aaron Johnston, RMT


Aaron graduated from the Algonquin College Massage Therapy Program where he was awarded the Lippincott Award. This award is presented to a graduating student of the Massage Therapy program, nominated by their peers, as being one who exemplifies outstanding achievement as a student of massage therapy.

Complementing his strong massage skills, academic success and desire to support others, Aaron is certified as a Personal Training Specialist. Aaron is motivated to help his clients achieve a higher level of health and wellness through therapeutic techniques. Whether a client has a specific impairment, is training for a sports event, or is looking to improve their overall health, he is prepared to help them accomplish their immediate and longer-term goals.

Dragan Lazetic, RMT


Dragan is an honours graduate from the International Academy of Massage in Ottawa. He is skilled at a variety of treatments based on Swedish and non-Swedish massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, myofascial trigger point techniques, muscular therapies, myoskeletal alignment techniques, thai-yoga massage, reflexology, oriental acupressure, joint mobilization, manual lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, and hydrotherapy.

Dragan is results-oriented and works to improve your condition for the long-term. He personalizes every treatment to your needs and the condition being treated. He also advises you on the right type of stretches, recreation and exercise. Dragan is an avid supporter and practitioner of holistic healing and healthy diets. His goal is to help you reach and maintain optimum health by using natural and holistic approaches.

Dragan has a background in military science and aeronautics, and is a former air force pilot. He has a bright attitude, adventurous spirit and loves to travel.

Dragan is also available at the Cooper St location.

Jose Mendoza Saud, RMT


Jose graduated in 2018 with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from Algonquin College. Often described as friendly, outgoing, and compassionate by those around him, these traits help Jose to better relate to others and to better understand his patients. 

Jose's interest in injuries and helping those in pain stems from his many years of playing both competitive and recreational sports, such as soccer, and volleyball, as he wanted to help those injured while playing sports. After completing a placement at Carleton University where he worked closely with athletes, treating various injuries, he worked at the Ottawa Rehab Inpatient Services, and Jack Purcell Community Centre and Pool. 

Whether an injury is small, sports-related, or one that is more serious and complex as a result of ongoing health conditions, Jose is interested in treating all injuries, while improving his skills. Jose is excited to start working at Align Massage Therapy and is eager to start applying his knowledge to effectively help those in need.

Kayla Dumouchel, RMT


Kayla graduated from the Massage Therapy program at College Boreal in Sudbury, Ontario in 2010.  She is originally from Timmins, and is now settling in Ottawa to practice.

Specializing in deep tissue, sports massage, therapeutic acupressure, and tigger point therapy; Kayla is committed to making positive changes in her clients conditions. 

Kayla has had the opportunity to work in a District Hospital, Martial Arts Academy, Remote Mine sites, and with Chiropractors and Physiotherapists within the industry. All of which has expanded her expertise and work experience.

Lindsay Spooner, RMT


Lindsay graduated from Algonquin College with an Advanced Diploma in the Massage Therapy Program.

In addition to healthcare, Lindsay’s passion is fitness and martial arts, competing in six disciplines for 12 years and teaching for an additional 4. She made it to the World Kickboxing Championships after becoming a Canadian National Champion, before retiring and moving on to Muay Thai in Thailand. During competitions, Lindsay relied on manual therapies to ensure she was in peak condition. As a result, Lindsay is acutely aware of the benefits that massage therapy has to offer and the importance of taking care of one’s body. 

Massage therapy allows Lindsay to combine her love of teaching and anatomy to help others recover from injuries and learn how to better care for themselves. She has worked with a large variety of clients including Ottawa Champions baseball, Ottawa Redblacks football, NFL players, NHL players and UFC fighters. She has helped hundreds of clients accomplish their own personal goals and continues to further her education while exploring her entrepreneurial side. Lindsay makes sure to take the time to customize each treatment to individual clients needs.

Nichole Anderson, RMT


Nichole graduated Sir Sandford Fleming College with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. Nichole is experienced with traditional Swedish massage, relaxation techniques, trigger point relief and rhythmic joint mobilization to reduce pain and increase range of motion. Treatments are adapted to each individual clients needs, whether that be relaxation, deep tissue, pre-natal or hot stone. 

Nichole is a versatile therapist and enjoys working with clients of all ages and conditions. She looks forward to working with you to help achieve your wellness goals.

Vanessa MacMillan, RMT


As an Ottawa native, Vanessa graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Algonquin College. She has a deep love of sport and has been part of the Women’s Soccer Program at both Algonquin and the University of Ottawa throughout her five years of eligibility. She has also been part of the West Ottawa League semi-pro team. It was from sport that she learned to understand the importance of physical activity, a healthy lifestyle, and how to be in touch with your body.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Vanessa can now help others feel in tune with their own bodies. Observing her clients' health change for the better, makes her proud of what she can accomplish.

When she isn’t playing soccer or working, Vanessa enjoys reading, knitting and spending time with her friends and family. Her goals for her future are to stay active and promote health and wellness wherever she goes.

Elizabeth Eaton-Loken, RMT



As a practicing Therapist since 2003, ElizaBeth approaches her treatments with integrity, compassion and ingenuity.

Over the years she has deepened her working knowledge with training in Bowen Technique, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, Pre/Postnatal & Infant care, and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Coupled with her personal practice in Holistic Nutrition, Fitness, and Trauma Support, she creates each treatment approach specifically and holistically suited to your needs.

Andrea Miller, RMT


Andrea graduated with honours from the International Academy of Massage and is the 2012 recipient of the Excellence in Clinical Technique Award from the Academy.

She believes in treating the body as a whole and uses a combination of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilization and Stretching in her treatment plans to create a therapeutic and relaxing massage.

Andrea specializes in the effective treatment of neck and back pain, headaches, TMJ and many other stress related conditions. She has additional training in Craniosacral Therapy and Energy Medicine.

Andrea is passionate about the outdoors and loves to spend her free time camping and white water canoeing.

Avi Davies, RMT


Avi has been an RMT since 2008 and graduated from the International Academy of Massage Therapy.

With a strong foundation in Thai massage, Avi tends to incorporate amount of movements and stretches into most treatments to get long lasting results. He also incorporates his learnings from tui-na (Chinese massage), nutrition, breathing techniques and yoga. He works on an intuitive level to help clear the meridians in the body allowing the body's energy to flow with greater ease.

Avi absolutely loves fixing headaches, re-balancing tilted hips, reading novels, and experimental kitchen adventures.

Derrick Yue, RMT


Derrick graduated from the intensive 2 year massage therapy program at Everest College. He has learned how to assess injuries, build treatment plans and prepare remedial exercise for a multitude of conditions.

Using a variety of techniques, including deep tissue, gentle massage, and hydrotherapy he can help treat a variety of conditions from sports injuries to repetitive strain as well as relaxation and maintenance work specific to each person. He is dedicated to providing professional, therapeutic care and helping his clients meet their treatment goals.

In his spare time he likes to stay active playing volleyball, jogging, rollerblading, or just relaxing on the lake fishing.

Francis Huot, RMT


Francis, un fier Franco-Ontarien, is a graduate from the Algonquin College Massage Therapy program.  He is passionate and enthusiastic about working amongst all age groups and persons who may suffer from chronic muscular, neurological, degenerative or post-surgery conditions.  His treatments are therapeutic and he draws upon a wealth of knowledge to focus the treatments on client goals.  Francis has learned to appreciate the importance of maintaining a happy and healthy body from a lifetime of athletic involvement, including competitive swimming and dance. His treatments will motivate clients to successfully improve their health and wellness.

Huguette Long, RMT


Huguette graduated from Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 1987. She is among a small yet growing handful of therapists who never thought they would still be practicing as a registered massage therapist thirty years later. The reason Huguette continues to practice is because "it's a mighty rewarding profession".

Huguette prides herself on helping clients by paying  attention to areas of chronic tension without compromising a state of deep relaxation. "A one hour deeply relaxing massage is equivalent to a good nights rest".

When not massaging, Huguette enjoys swimming, hiking, biking, reading, eating out and spending time with cherished ones.

Jessica Ashton, RMT


Jessica is a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy (RCCMT). Prior to attending RCCMT she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Human Nutrition at the University of Waterloo where she graduated with honours. In addition to being a Registered Massage Therapist, Jessica is a certified Personal Trainer and works with the Team Canada Under 19 Men's Underwater Hockey Team. 

Jessica's comprehensive knowledge of how the body is designed to work allows her to treat the cause of dysfunction as well as the individual symptoms of every client. She is a strong advocate for home care exercises to ensure that you are receiving the best possible outcome. 

Fitness, injury prevention, and body maintenance are integral parts of Jessica's philosophy. Her holistic approach to massage is complimented by her use of cupping therapy and exercise prescription. She is looking forward to using her skills and knowledge to give her clients the best treatment possible.

In her down time Jessica enjoys weight lifting, bouldering, and training for obstacle course races.

Jessica Oliver, RMT


A practicing massage therapist since 2002, Jessica has observed first-hand how long days at the office and hectic lifestyles can lead to posture problems, stress and fatigue-related pains, as well as headaches.

Specializing in stress management, chronic pain management, and the maintenance of general wellness, Jessica's goal is to ensure clients feel heard, cared for, and positive.

She offers therapies such as Hot Stone, Thermal Palms, Foot Reflexology and Cupping Massage.

For those interested in Hot Stone Massage, choosing a 75 to 90 minute session will allow for a more relaxing experience. Both Foot Reflexology and Cupping can be add-ons to your massage; simply discuss this with Jessica upon arriving, or leave a note with your booking.

Krista Dicks, RMT


Krista graduated in 2006 from CDI College, Ottawa, ON in Massage Therapy. She had completed a B.A. from Queens University. Krista is specialized in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy through the Norton School in the US.

She is very interested in the mindbody connection, and is trained in Reiki, and is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Certified Pole Fitness Instructor.

She strength trains, runs, reads for pleasure/personal growth, and enjoys being vegetarian.

Krista is also available at the Beechwood location.

Laine Robertson, RMT


Laine has always been intrigued by the human body and the way all the systems come together to work as one cohesive unit. As a recent graduate of the Algonquin College RMT program, Laine will bring her knowledge of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilization therapy together in order to provide her clients with the treatment plan best designed to help their individual impairments.

Laine is a big believer in balance for all the systems and is looking forward to helping clients rebuild, retain and maintain muscle function and mobility in order that they may lead healthy and physically active lives.

Lynne Alexis, RMT


Lynne has been practicing Massage Therapy since January 2007. As a Massage Therapist, she continuously updates her knowledge of Massage and how it applies to everyday life.

For your first appointment, she will sit down with you to discuss your goals and expectations. She strongly believes that the use of different modalities, and having a team of health professionals is very effective for people in their quest for good health.

Lynne is knowledgeable in the techniques of Deep Tissue massage, Relaxation massage, O&I (Origin and Insertion techniques), Hydrotherapy, Remedial Exercises, all in the context of Swedish Massage. She hopes to keep practicing massage for many years to come.

Nancy Pitre, RMT, CHHC


Nancy has been practicing Massage Therapy for 14 years and specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Thai Massage. She has developed many wonderful techniques over the years such as using Hot Stones with persistent and acute trigger points. 

Being in the health and wellness field for so many years working as an RMT, she discovered along the way her latest passion of being a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition

After experiencing and seeing how powerful nutrition, self growth/development helped reduce her own anxiety, she was eager to pay it forward by becoming a Certified Holistic Health Coach to show others how to create long lasting sustainable change towards their health and wellness.

Michael Mazzaferro, RMT


Michael has been practicing massage therapy since 2014 after completing the two year Intensive program at Algonquin College. He has a passion for helping others through therapeutic touch and has worked in a variety of settings including physiotherapy clinics, spas and at home mobile massage. No matter the issue, Michael will help you on your road to your best self.

With a varying number of techniques including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage and Hot Stone, he takes the time and care to design a specific plan for each client.

In his free time he is an avid runner, rower and board game enthusiast.

Rebecca Clair, RMT


Rebecca is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist who utilizes a variety of techniques to maximize the health and wellbeing of her clients.

Rebecca graduated with Honours from Everest College in 2014 and has continued to study additional programs to add to her abilities. She offers Acupuncture, Cranio Sacral techniques, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release. Sébastien Vachon-Gravel, RMT


Sébastien aims to provide the most productive treatments based on client values and goals, clinical experience, and research evidence while also advocating client participation in their overall treatment plan. He sees himself as more of a guide to one's overall treatment, helping where he can.

Sébastien has experience in various modalities and demographics or complaints, which includes those of the general public, athletes, seniors, and perinatal. He is currently looking to continue developing his expertise in myofascial release and craniosacral therapy.

Sébastien comes from New Brunswick, is a personal trainer, and speaks fluent French, English as well as learning Anishinaabemowin.

Jana Veltheim, RMT



Jana graduated in 1998 from the D'Arcy Lane Institute in Massage Therapy. To date, she has performed over 22,000 hours of massage therapy.

She is very interested in the function of the human body and has continued her education in the fields of nutrition and personal training, in addition to various techniques such as Bowen Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release and Meridian Tapping. Her particular expertise is in:

• Hip and foot issues

• Plantar fasciitis

• Digestive issues and chronic low back pain

• Anxiety

Jana is passionate about ongoing learning, and in addition to training in her field of massage therapy, she has studied SEO, marketing, business - both online and off, and leadership/management.

In her spare time, she weight trains and does yoga, reads, and enjoys family time with her husband and daughter.

Aura Lea Alcampo, RMT


Aura Lea started her career as a registered massage therapist in August of 2007 after graduating from Kine Concept.  She has been running her own practice in Centretown since 2008, and is happy to join the team at Align Cooper. 

Over the last 12 years  Aura Lea has treated a wide variety of conditions and injuries in people from all walks of life, from office workers to athletes to pregnant women and infants.  She uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue, myo-facial release and trigger point therapy and believes that balancing these intense modalities with a relaxing touch is important to providing her clients with a well-rounded and effective treatment.

Dom Labre, RMT


Dom has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2013. He has worked with a multitude of elite athletes including national level marathon runners, track and field runners, and powerlifters. He acted as a clinic supervisor during the 2017 Canadian Summer Games in Winnipeg.

Dom uses a variety of modalities in his treatments such as Myofascial release, cupping, and muscle energy. He is always seeking to add new techniques to his treatments.

Dom is an avid cyclist himself and often commutes to work on one of his many bikes!

Cailey Schaffler, RMT


Cailey is a 2015 Honours graduate from Algonquin College’s 3-year Massage Therapy Program. Cailey has extensive hands-on experience in treating many conditions involving the musculoskeletal system. In addition to treating clients with general muscle strain, postural imbalances, and sports-related injuries, Cailey has gained extensive experience in treating all trimesters of pre-(and post-) natal massage, as well as many of the conditions that can arise during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and beyond. She treats breast tissue, mastitis, TMJ pain/dysfunction, whiplash, headaches, swelling, and mobile limitations due to fascial restrictions or scar tissue from post-surgical incisions.

With all of her gathered experience, Cailey is well accustomed to aiding clients in the recovery process. Her main goal as an RMT is to provide a positive, safe, and relaxing atmosphere for the healing process to take place.

In her time away from work, Cailey enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and significant other, adventuring outdoors with her rambunctious pup Buddha, and practising yoga.

Gala Loncke, RMT


Gala graduated with honours from the 3000 hour Massage Therapy Diploma Program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2007. Since then, she has completed many continuing education courses including clinical orthopaedic massage therapy of the neck and spine and has a special interest in treating women during and after the pregnancy journey.

Gala’s passion for connecting with people and for listening to what each client needs makes her a confident and versatile bilingual therapist. Her treatment style can vary with each patient depending on their needs, but is always rooted in the belief that our bodies are striving for balance and that she is simply there to assist in the process.

Born in Quebec, Gala spent most of her life in BC and Alberta, returning to settle with her husband and two kids in Chelsea in the fall of 2014. You can find them exploring the walking trails and beaches in beautiful Gatineau Park.

Jade Arthur, RMT


Jade graduated Massage Therapy from Algonquin College in Ottawa and has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist for 5 years. She loves her work because she enjoys helping people get relief from pain and building long term relationships with clients.

Her skill set includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Lymphatic Drainage and Pre-natal Massage. 

Some of the conditions she has frequently treated include: whiplash, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, degenerative disc disease, neuropathies, lymphedema, scar work, pregnancy, tendinitis, headaches etc.

Jade loves what she does and strives every day to do the best work that she can as well as being a caring practitioner. Jade is also very passionate about stretching and often includes a variety of stretches throughout her massage to help loosen tight muscles.

Karina Joly, RMT


Karina has been an RMT since 2004 (Kine-Concept Institute) and BSc with Specialisation in Human Kinetics since 2006 (University of Ottawa). Her treatment focus is on Deep Tissue work for injury relief and prevention. She is also highly knowledgeable in nutrition.

She has been involved in sports all her life; her latest challenge is an Ironman triathlon. 

She is a passionate world traveler, and she successfully summited Mt Kilimanjaro in 2011.

Karina is attentive, caring and has her client's well-being at heart.

Kelly Roche, RMT


Kelly recently graduated with Honours from Eastern Academy’s 2200 hour Massage Therapy program in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Kelly has played sports, mostly basketball, for most of her life and she has always had a passion for sports, health and wellness, After experiencing some sports related injuries herself, Kelly realized how beneficial massage therapy is to the rehabilitation process and knew that she wanted to be able to help clients recover from any pain or discomfort they are experiencing, whether it be from sports related injuries, MVAs, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, general sprains and strains, tendonitis, or a multitude of other musculoskeletal issues. 

Kelly enjoys being able to treat each client according to their individual needs, and will develop a treatment plan that will be beneficial to each client and their long-term health goals. She utilizes a combination of therapeutic and relaxation techniques to best serve each client and their goals. Kelly is experienced in a variety of techniques such as Swedish Massage, relaxation, manual lymph drainage, myofascial release, stretching and prenatal massage and she is looking forward to continuing her education with courses such as Cupping, Graston, Kinesiotaping and Sport Massage Courses. 

When she is not working, Kelly enjoys playing basketball, travelling, reading, watching football and spending time with her partner and two cats. Kelly is new to Ottawa and is looking forward to exploring her new city.

Matthew Toth, RMT


Matthew is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, where he gained his foundational knowledge of anatomy and physiology. He has experience in a wide variety of settings; Clinical, Hospital, Community Outreach, Spa and Wellness centre. By working in a variety of settings, Matthew has seen patients from 6-96 years  of age, from all walks of life; executives to yogis, expectant moms to performers, athletes to retirees.  He is confident that he can meet his clients at their level and design a treatment plan appropriate for their goals.

Matthew's treatments tend to be deep and slow, working within clients' pain threshold, to achieve a release of muscular tension and improved posture. This client centred approach to massage uses a variety of techniques including; Swedish/deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, Post Isometric Release, Stretching, Kinesiology Taping and Hot Stones to help his clients achieve their goals.


Monica Eckert, RMT


Monica graduated from Fleming College in Massage Therapy program in 2017 in Peterborough, Ontario. She was first compelled to study massage when she herself experienced its restorative and healing benefits. Now trained in Swedish technique, deep tissue, rehabilitative, hot stones and prenatal, Monica offers her clients a rejuvenating experience. She has treated headaches, tendonitis, lower back pain and general sore stiff muscles.

When not working with clients, Monica enjoys bike rides, practicing yoga and making natural smoothies and juices at home. She has a Bachelors of Fine Art degree in Studio Art and Psychology at Concordia University in Montréal, Québec. She continues to paint and draw and occasionally exhibits her work.

Sara Auckland, RMT/Manager


Sara graduated from the University of Guelph (Biological Science) in 1995. She then pursued her studies in Massage Therapy. She has been an RMT for 21 years, 19 of them at Align.

Her specialities include Hot Stone, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy and Chinese Acupuncture. She uses acupuncture to treat depression, fertility, soft tissue issues and more.

Outside of work, Sara's passions include her pets and gardening.

Alexandre Charron-Martin, RMT


Alexandre graduated from Algonquin College in Massage Therapy and became a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO in 2006.

He has taken a variety of courses such as Hot Stone Massage and Reiki and is looking forward to furthering his knowledge in Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation.

In his spare time, he reads, gardens, plays guitar, hikes, canoes, likes to travel, plays around his garage and runs around in the mud (ask him about it!).

Andrée-Anne Rusaw, RMT


Andree-Anne graduated in 2010 in Massage Therapy. She is very interested in furthering her education in Sports Massage and Deep Tissue work.

The focus of her treatments is injury relief with the just right dose of relaxation.

She is a very adventurous traveler, and can go from surfing in Australia to bungee jumping, or sometimes just relaxing by a beach. Her next adventure will be swimming with sharks in Africa!

Ann Hannah, RMT


Ann Hannah, RMT graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) and became a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO in 2000.

Ann has been able to work with other massage therapists and other disciplines (Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Acupuncturists, Orthotherapists and Energy Workers) to see how massage therapy can fit into the whole picture while taking an interest in lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, orthobionomy and remedial exercises.

Anna David, RMT, CPT


Anna graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Westervelt College in 2011 and is in good standing with the CMTO. With her positive attitude and enthusiasm, her focus is to help clients turn health goals into stepping stones for future success. She is skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, injury/surgery rehabilitation, sport-focused treatment, prenatal and postpartum care, massage for children, repetitive strain injury (RSI) prevention/recovery and more.

Anna is also a Certified Personal Trainer and a Licensed Provider of the Fletcher Pilates® method. Her expertise in postural and rehabilitative conditioning assist her clients in achieving an improved quality of life and renewed confidence. She is a passionate public speaker and can often be found working alongside peers in health and fitness education.

Esther Bécart, DOMP, M.Sc.


Esther graduated from the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy in 2016 at the top of her class. Prior to that, she pursued 2.5 years of training in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, which included education in Nutrition, Health Psychology, Hydrotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, before reorienting her career in osteopathy. Having a Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences, she has also worked in the corporate world in clinical research and drug safety review.

Through osteopathy, she adopts a holistic and preventative approach by rebalancing the body, freeing up musculoskeletal, visceral and cranial restrictions/blockages felt, to bring back the body to its optimal functioning, stimulate its inner self-healing abilities, and relieve pain, stress and discomfort. 

Isabelle Dicaire, RMT


Isabelle reçoit en 2008 son diplôme avec mention d’honneur du programme de trois ans du Collège Algonquin. Aujourd’hui, Isabelle compte dix ans d’expérience professionnelle comme massothérapeute agréée.

Isabelle se spécialise en thérapie myofasciale. Une technique qui étire le tissu conjonctif (fascia), diminuant maux et tensions, tout en augmentant l’amplitude de mouvement. 

Understanding how the entire body is connected from head to toe, Isabelle recognizes the importance to see and treat it as a whole.

Karen Buchanan-Sauvé, RMT


Karen graduated from Everest College with Honors in Massage Therapy.

She is dedicated to providing professional, therapeutic care and helping her clients meet their treatment goals.

Karen encourages healthy living, efficient and safe rehabilitation, and the maintenance of general well-being.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys running, biking and spending time with her family.

Karen has her Blue Cross provider number.

Leslie Chan, RMT


Leslie attended Everest College where she went through the intensive 2 year Massage Therapy program and graduated with Honours.

She was happy to join the Align team in 2013. Leslie had previously graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelors in Classical Studies.

She looks forward to continuing her education as a Registered Massage Therapist in the coming years.

Lindsay Redburn, RMT


Lindsay Redburn graduated from Algonquin College in 2009.  The West Coast has been Lindsay’s home for the past 10 years and she has now returned to Ottawa to continue her career as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).  Lindsay has been focusing her skills on fascial techniques, working with the deep connective tissues of the body; myofascial, ligamentous, retinacular, periosteum.  She is working to develop her skills as a visceral therapist.  She firmly believes in a patient centered approach and treating the body as a whole, recognizing the interconnections between the different regions and tissues of the body.  Courses she has taken include Integrative Facial Techniques and Visceral Manipulation.  Lindsay has spent much of her time studying the body to have a better understanding of the human anatomy.

Marian Sears-Carter, PT


Marian graduated from McGill University with degrees in Psychology & Physiotherapy.

She has worked as a Physiotherapist in hospitals & private clinics for 23 years. She currently specializes in Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation & Acupuncture.

When she's not working, she's planning her next big trip. Next stop, Peru!

Meghan DeSouza, R.Ac.


Meghan is passionate about the well-being and overall health of her acupuncture patients and has helped many people just like you regain or achieve better health. She has a keen interest and years of experience treating many different complaints, such as; pain, insomnia, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, infertility, stress, and labour induction.

Meghan will tailor a treatment plan just for you based on your needs and overall health, and adjust that treatment plan if your symptoms change or you when begin to feel better. There are many many acupuncture points to chose from and an art to choosing the right point at the right time, for the right patient. It's this balance of art and science that makes traditional Chinese medicine style acupuncture so interesting and healing. Meghan loves being an acupuncturist and enjoys helping her patients heal and reach their goals.

Melissa-Michelle Broissoit, RMT


Melissa-Michelle graduated from International Academy Of Massage in 2016, after having worked in esthetics for 5 years. She enjoyed giving massage the most, and so furthered her education in the field.

Her goal as a RMT is to provide care for her clients and help them along the path of recovery. Using deep tissue, stretching, joint mobilization and soothing techniques, she will work with you to form the ideal treatment plan for relaxation and decrease of pain and discomfort.

Michel Favre, DOMP


Michel Favre, DOMP is an Orleans Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. He completed five years of study in osteopathy at the Ecole Professionelle des Osteopathes du Québec (EPOQ) and is a member of CPOQ. Osteopathic Manual Practitioners complete a rigorous program of clinical and academic study in osteopathic manipulation. They treat patients using manual techniques only. They do not use drugs, medication, surgery or other medical procedures.

Michel is pleased to provide treatments in Orleans for many conditions, including pain and digestion, as well as to pregnant women and infants.

Tetyana Tutova, RMT


Tetyana has been an RMT since 2009, having graduated from Everest College.

She offers Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage, Pre & Post Natal, Hot Stone and Relaxation treatments.

She combines multiple techniques to customize treatments for musculoskeletal conditions. Her goal is to have her clients feeling and moving better.

Tetyana likes travelling and hiking. Her latest trip was to Peru. She did a four day hiking trip in the Andes to Machu Picchu.

Tom Hunt, RMT


Tom has been practicing as an RMT in Orleans since graduating from CDI College in 2005.

He has taken additional Deep Tissue Massage courses, which allow him to safely provide treatments for clients who are seeking out deeper pressure. He has also completed training in Lymphatic Drainage.

When not at work, Tom is busy raising his three children with his wife or working with physically disabled adults in the community. In any spare time he can find, he enjoys camping with the family or a watching a good rugby match.

Zephyr Samchuck-Snarch, RMT


Zephyr completed the intensive Registered Massage Therapy program through Everest College.

She uses a variety of techniques, including gentle massage, deep tissue massage, remedial exercise and hydrotherapy, adapting her approach to each person's unique needs, goals and preferences.

Zephyr has a passion for helping people to heal and attain balance so they can be their best every day. With Zephyr, you can relax, knowing that you are in good hands and that your wellness goals are her priority.

She is also an avid yoga practitioner and enjoys vegetables from her community garden plot.

Anne Markhauser, RHN, M.Sc.


Anne completed her diploma, with honours, at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2017, receiving the Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) designation. Furthermore, she obtained a Master of Science degree in human biology and nutritional sciences from the University of Guelph, and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Life Sciences from Queen’s University. Over the years, Anne has worked in numerous areas of nutrition, fitness and health – from one-on-one nutrition counselling and fitness training to population health statistical analyses. She has dedicated most of her career to helping others reach their health and fitness goals. She has worked with adults, children and families; specifically helping those living with type II diabetes, overweight and obese clients, and people who simply want to gain more understanding of what works best for their health and wellness. She understands how individual nutritional support is a powerful tool to help balance the body’s internal systems and how each individual’s health is an interactive combination of mind, body and spirit.

Stéphanie Guillemette, RMT



Stéphanie is a bilingual Massage Therapist, registered and in good standing since 2003. She graduated from Algonquin College and has been practicing in Orleans ever since.

She is passionate about health as a whole. Stéphanie specialises in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, primarily focusing on its benefits related to chronic swelling (edema), often related but not limited to breast cancer and mastectomies. Her other main interests are working on scar tissue and its restrictions, pain and limitations related to conditions such as chronic arthritis, fibromyalgia or injury, and helping clients cope with a work or compassionate burnout.

Some of her additional training includes Breast Health, Foot Reflexology, Yin Yoga, and most recently Mental Health First Aid. Outside of healthcare, Stéphanie can be found gardening, paddling, cooking and eating, helping her spouse with renovations, but mostly enjoying time outdoors and with her family. She looks forward to creating a partnership to assist you in investing in your health and wellbeing

Carole Joly, RCRT/TARC


Carole Joly est infirmière autorisée, thérapeute et enseignante accréditée en réflexologie. Elle étudie et pratique la réflexologie depuis 1998. Au début, c’était pour accompagner sa mère dans la gestion de ses symptômes reliés au cancer. Depuis, elle exerce cette thérapie auprès d’une clientèle diversifiée.

Ses services sont offerts en milieu clinique, aux domiciles ou en milieu de travail dans les secteurs de Prescott-Russell et l’est d’Ottawa. La réflexologie est sécuritaire pour toutes personnes quel que soit l’âge. La pression et la durée de la séance peuvent varier pour les bébés, les personnes âgées et personnes très malades.
